Received Suspicious Emails or phone?
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from HSBC Direct, immediately forward the email to our security team at service@hsbcdirct.com.tw. Please note that while the security team acts on suspected phishing emails, it does not respond to customer inquiries. We will post the confirmed fraud cases directly on the "Alerts" page of our website. For all other inquiries or concerns, including usage of your account by suspected fraudsters, please do contact us immediately.

Received Suspicious SMS?
If you receive any suspicious fraudulent SMS, please “forward” it to “0911511111”and the police will further investigate and validate the content. If it is a fraud SMS, it will be blocked by the Telecom company. . In the case of a fraud SMS being related to HSBC Direct, we would very much appreciate it if you can contact us.
