Please visit the HSBC Direct website at www.hsbcdirect.com.tw, select "Manage My Account" and login with your username, PIN and password. You will see all your account details on the "Account Summary" page.
When the idle time on the HSBC Direct website is too long, for security purposes HSBC Direct will automatically pop up the window to protect your account information. You can choose to remain logged on or to log out.
If you do not log out properly, you have to wait five minutes to log in again. We suggest you should log out properly every time you finish using the HSBC Direct services.
