Interest is calculated daily and will be paid monthly. You will earn more with our compound interest calculation. The interest calculation is based on our public interest rate until one day prior to the last business day monthly. The interest for the last business day and holidays each month will be combined with the next month's accrued interest.

You can transfer money from your HSBC Direct TWD Savings Accounts via the HSBC Direct website and IVR into your TWD designated accounts with no charge (up to 50 times per month). However, you will be charged an ATM inter-bank transfer fee of TWD$17 per transaction and intra-bank transfer fee at non-HSBC ATM of TWD$17 per transaction. Local inter-bank transfer via Call Center Agent for first $2 million remittance amount/per transaction will be charged TWD$30. For each additional NT$1 million (maximum amount TWD$5 million /per transaction), we will add up TWD$10.
